The Office of Diversity & Inclusion operates within Jersey City government, working to promote economic equity through supplier diversity, workplace inclusion, and workforce diversity initiatives. Our supplier diversity mission is to increase the number of minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, LGBT-owned, and disability-owned businesses that participate in Jersey City public contracts as well as the City's annual spend with diverse suppliers.
